The Global ADR Summit 2026, organised by MediateGuru, brought together leading voices from the judiciary, arbitration institutions, corporate legal departments, academia, and private practice to discuss the evolving landscape of dispute resolution in India and globally.

On 2nd August 2025, New Delhi, hosted the launch of “Arbitration from Clause to Closure” by Param Bhamra, accompanied by a panel discussion on “The Contemporary Landscape of Arbitration”. Eminent judges and experts, including Justices N. Kotiswar Singh, Hemant Gupta, Ajay Rastogi, Jasmeet Singh, and Ms. Shruti Khanijow, examined key issues such as judicial intervention, delays, arbitrator expertise, and strengthening India’s arbitration culture and institutions.
