About the Speaker 

Ms.Reshma Oogorah FCIArb

• Ms. Oogorah practises as Legal Counsel in arbitration proceedings. 

• She also sits as Arbitrator and Adjudicator. Reshma is a dual qualified lawyer admitted to practise law in Mauritius and in England and Wales. She is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. 

• She has been involved in high value complex arbitrations and litigations in the Middle East, Mauritius and in the UK. She has previously worked as Associate and Counsel at various law firms in the Middle East where she advised on and resolved disputes related to some of the largest constructions projects in the world such as the construction of world cup stadiums, infrastructure projects, hotels, gated communities and theme parks amongst others.
